My motivation is to inspire the heart. Depending on what the goal may be, I aim to heal others and clear their minds so they may be able to tackle the current tasks that stand in the way of attaining the goal of the project. I contribute by organizing the group together in an efficient and successful manner, which allows roles to be clear and concise, and especially to ensure that there is no confusion or doubt present as we progress throughout the tasks, assignments, and the project in totality. My “why” is to inspire others to become the best versions of themselves possible, to achieve maximum in all aspects of his or her life.
